Since most of our orders are custom orders, and in most cases, we are providing proof before production, the SPECIFICATION OF THE PROOF DRAWINGS TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER TITLE AND SPECIFICATION OF PURCHASED CUSTOM ORDER. Production will be according to approved drawings.
The time that we are waiting for getting approval from buyers will be added to the processing time of the orders.
If you have received a damaged item due to bad shipping, you will need to take several pictures of the damaged package. We will need these pictures in order to claim shipping couriers and repeat the order.
Due to the nature of custom production, The turnaround time for preparing of the CUSTOM orders is subject to unforeseen delays.
All order dimensions are subject to 1/8"(3mm) changes in production.
